If the appointment is no-show, canceled, or rescheduled 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment time,100% of the service will be charged to the card on file. But no worries, 72-hours prior to the scheduled appointment, an automated appointment confirmation at which you're able to cancel or reschedule the appointment with ease.  *Not confirming the appointment is not a cancellation.* This policy ensures that all clients have ample opportunities to book appointments and reserved time is exclusively for you. Late-canceled appointments can result in missed opportunities to accommodate someone who is eagerly waiting for services.   All reasons for cancellation will be taken into consideration.
